Little by little the team is growing. In order not to lose productivity we have to be better organized than ever. This is what we are doing. Carlos Bravo2 It has taken me too long to implement these improvements. We have had the tools for a long time but there is an important nuance. It is one thing to have them and another to use them. I would say years ago that we moved communication to Slack. How most young companies barely use email internally. We have also started organizing tasks with Asana years ago. This was the post I shared at the time about the experience of the first weeks . I haven't been on top of things and little by little we have abandoned Asana.

Every project has a team. Each task is in a different phase: Task box : everything we want to do but is not urgent yet. It has to be done at some point. Sometimes it already has a person in charge but rarely a date. In short : in the “task box” part, many tasks will accumulate over time. To filter the most important ones from which we have the least this phase. These are those tasks that we want to tackle shortly. In this : the name already indicates it.
We are working on these issues right now. It's to make sure we're working on the right things. To review : once the previous phase is finished, it is time to review the result. You may then move on to the final phase or regress to “on it” still if it requires improvement. Ready : the name indicates it. The task is done. We are happy with the result and we can consider it finished. Every meeting with Asana to review I'm getting used to having Asana open when it comes to team meetings. In this way we review topics and point out new ones as they arise. In the past, some tasks were forgotten due to the lack of real-time documentation. Now task tracking is much easier.
